Welcome to my weekly College Football Playoff bracket update! I’ll be sharing my thoughts and predictions every week, so stay tuned for the latest updates.
This bracket is based solely on my own opinions and may differ from other projections, like Austin Mock’s scientifically based predictions. Be sure to also check out David Ubben’s Bubble Watch every Monday for more insights.
My current conference champions are Ohio State (Big Ten), Georgia (SEC), Miami (ACC), Utah (Big 12), and UNLV (Group of 5). While the champions remain the same as last week, the seeding is more fluid, with teams like Tennessee moving up after impressive wins.

Discover the latest on the CFP in Week 4: Clemson, Utah emerge while USC tumbles
In this update, I have awarded all my at-large berths to SEC and Big Ten teams. USC, despite a tough loss, has entered the bracket, while Kansas State has dropped out. USC’s impressive nonconference schedule could boost their chances.
As we analyze teams like Texas, Tennessee, Alabama, and Ole Miss, it’s evident that the committee could face a challenge if they all finish around 10-2 with quality wins in hand.
UNLV holds its spot as my Group of 5 representative, but Boise State could sway me with a strong performance against Washington State in the coming week.
